Brunos Car Rental S.L.U (herafter Brunos Car) arranges car hire for the locations on this website.

Car hire payment:

MALAGA AIRPORT; on arrival (or beforehand by requesting payment link by email) with Visa or Master debit or credit card.

GIBRALTAR/LA LINEA; payment has to be made beforehand by secure online payment (request payment link by email) or by sending/calling in card details before arrival.

No deposit is required.

The invoice for the rental will always be made in the name of the person hiring the car. If you want the invoice in a another name or company name we must know before the rental has ended. After the car has been returned we can not change the invoice details.

Amount of fuel in the car is not included in the rates and has to be returned the same. Be aware of the fuel type for the car. If you put the wrong fuel you will be charged for removing the fuel and the repair that is needed.

No cancellation or amendment fee. Please cancel at least 24h beforehand.

For arrival by air the flight number is a must. If flight details are incorrect and nobody meets the client no responsibility will be held towards Brunos Car.

Free extra drivers (maximum 4 extra drivers).

Minimum age 21 years with driving license for 1 year. No maximum age.

The booking confirmation must be presented (digitally in smart phone or printed) on car pick up with valid driving license and valid passport.

The cars are allowed to circulate only within Andalucia and Gibraltar (Gibraltar with previous permission from Brunos Car).

Brunos Car can not promise a model of car, only class. If a booked class is not available, the client will receive a free upgrade.

Child/booster/baby seats have to be fitted by parents/guardians that are also responsible for the seat being fitted correctly and that the seat is working properly. In no case is Brunos Car responsible for malfunction or fixation of the seat.

Insurance: CDW, TP, FIRE all with NO EXCESS. Personal objects left inside the car are not covered by the insurance. Under no circumstances will the insurance be valid for: unauthorized use of car, or driving under the influence of alcohol or other illegal substances.

In case of accident: Accident form has to be filled in on the spot with vehicle and driver details of the other part. It has to be noted on the accident report if any part is under the influence of alcohol. Brunos Car takes no responsibility for costs of taxis, telephone calls or hotels. In case of theft the client has to report it to the police and get a written confirmation of this report to give to Brunos Car together with the key. Brunos Car has to be notified immediately in all of the cases above.

24h road assistance. Brunos Car reserves the right not to supply a replacement car, depending on circumstances leading to road assistance.

A 2 hour grace period is permitted on vehicle return. More than 2 hours 1 extra day will be charged.

There is no refund for early return.

Roof rack not available.

Traffic fines will be charged towards the renter who will also be identified to the police or corresponding authority if not paid on the spot. This we recommend as you get a 50 % discount paying directly.

Clients responsibility and not included: Tow-away service due to negligence, transport of key (taxi or delivery company) if key is lost. Cleaning of upholstery.

Conditions, prices, information, design and all other content subject to change without notice and Brunos Car reserves the right to make changes on this website at any time.

When using this website to make a car hire booking you are bound by and have accepted these terms.

Brunos Car will not be held responsible if the car is not delivered due to changes caused by Force Majeure.

No liability will be held towards Brunos Car or any person or third party associated with Brunos Car for direct or indirect loss or damages for usage of services/products or information provided through this website
